Terms of Service
Conditions for using greylabs.tech and engaging Grey Labs services.
1. Services
Grey Labs provides software development, product design, AI consulting, and technology consulting on a project or retainer basis. Specific deliverables are defined in individual statements of work or proposals.
2. No guaranteed outcomes
We deliver professional services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue, user growth, uptime of third-party services, or fitness for a particular purpose beyond what is explicitly agreed in writing.
3. AI systems disclaimer
AI and LLM-based systems are probabilistic. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for certain inputs. Clients are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before use in production. Grey Labs documents known limitations but does not warrant error-free AI behavior.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables upon full payment. Grey Labs retains rights to pre-existing tools, frameworks, and general know-how.
5. Payment & cancellation
Payment terms are defined per project. Deposits are non-refundable once work begins. Either party may terminate per the agreed contract; work completed to date is billed proportionally.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grey Labs' total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or data.
7. Third-party services
Integrations with third-party APIs, cloud providers, and tools are subject to those providers' terms. Grey Labs is not responsible for third-party outages, price changes, or policy changes.
8. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. We may update content without notice; see changelog for significant changes.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in Berlin, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
